Communication in compliance with December 31, 1996 Act no. 675

In compliance with art. 10 of the above-cited Act, the following information is provided.
1. Personal data must be entered in order to register with the Mailing list.
2. All personal data will be placed in this Library's computerized archives and will be used only for the following purposes:
2.1. to allow access to the Mailing list;
2.2. to send via e-mail messages relating to the cultural initiatives of the Malatestiana Library;
3. In the case the user does not consent to point 2.2., the information provided will be used exclusively for the purpose indicated in point 2.1.
4. In any case, personal information will not be transmitted to other web sites.
5. The individual responsible for handling personal data is Daniela Savoia.
